Interwoven Existence is an ecologically informed kinetic installation work by 第四世界 (Dì Sì Shì Jiè) Collective. The work brings to the public the discourse of our contemporary relationship with nature and with technology. A relationship that expects both technology and nature to perform for us at will. It highlights the problems with this mindset by discussing the significance of the local environment and the loss of serendipity in the ever-growing urban landscape.
